Rehabilitation and reconversion of the convent of 'Nossa Senhora do Seixo', in Fundão. The purpose of the intervention was to recover the abandoned building, maintaining the existing architectural character, but also adding a touch of modernity in a balanced way with the old architecture.
The original building of the XVI century, which served as a hostel for friars and school, changes its function to adapt to the new hotel and spa program. It has a cloister and a space where the church used to be. The tourist complex gains the new designation of 'Convento do Seixo Design Hotel & Spa'. It has 16 rooms, four suites, four independent outdoor villas, indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa, meeting room, event space and restaurant. The outdoor spaces were also requalified.

Reabilitação e reconversão do convento de 'Nossa Senhora do Seixo', no Fundão. O objectivo da intervenção foi recuperar o edifício abandonado, mantendo as características arquitectónicas existentes, mas também acrescentar um toque de modernidade de forma equilibrada com a traça antiga.
O edifício original do séc. XVI, que serviu de albergue para frades e de escola, muda a sua função para se adaptar ao novo programa de hotel e spa. Possui um claustro e uma nave, onde dantes se localizava a igreja. O complexo turístico ganha a nova designação de 'Convento do Seixo Design Hotel & Spa'. Tem 16 quartos, quatro suites, quatro villas exteriores independentes, piscina interior, piscina exterior, spa, sala de reuniões, espaço para eventos e restaurante. Os espaços exteriores também foram requalificados.
