Recovery of an old building in the historic center of Coimbra, where it is proposed the rehabilitation of the main facade and the renewal of the all building. The building have residential apartments with one fraction duplex in the last floor. The interiors are rebuilted with a minimalism modern design.

Reabilitação de edifício no centro histórico de Coimbra. A fachada principal foi preservada e recuperada e o interior é todo renovado. O edifício é composto por apartamentos com uma fracção duplex no último piso. Os interiores construídos com um design moderno e minimalista.
