Recovery of an old building in the historic center of Coimbra, where it is proposed the rehabilitation of the main facade and the renewal of the all building wich have only 3.6m width. It also have a commerce fraction on the ground floor with one patio on the backyard, and another fraction in the remaining floors that can either be used for housing or as a gallery for temporary exhibitions.

Recuperação de antigo edifício no centro histórico de Coimbra, onde se propôs a reabilitação da fachada principal e renovação todo o interior. O edifício tem apenas 3,6m de largura, dispõe de uma fracção de comércio no piso térreo, com pátio no tardoz, e outra fracção nos restantes pisos que tanto pode ser usado para habitação ou funcionar como uma galeria de exposições temporárias.
