Recovery of an old building in the historic center of Coimbra, where it is proposed the rehabilitation of the main facade and the renewal of the all building. The building have one commerce fraction on the ground floor with patio on the backyard, and one apartment fraction triplex.

Recuperação de antigo edifício no centro histórico de Coimbra, onde se propôs a reabilitação da fachada principal e renovação todo o interior. O edifício dispõe de uma fracção de comércio no piso térreo, com pátio no tardoz, e outra fracção para apartamento em triplex.
