Edifício destinado a oferecer à Covilhã um posto de turismo com uma linguagem vanguardista. Lâminas cruzam-se de forma aleatória criando um jogo de luz. Pretende-se que seja um novo cartão de visita para a cidade e oferecer aos turistas um novo centro de informação.
